Items purchased for gifts including but not limited to electronics, housewares, jewelry, perfume, and toys are eligible for return within 45 days from the date of purchase. Offer valid with a gift receipt only. These items must be unopened and unused.  Opened Electronics including but not limited to Tablets, Computer Software, Home Audio and Theatre, MP3 & MP4 Players, Video Games, Gaming Systems and Accessories cannot be returned for a refund but can be exchanged for the same item. 

All other Merchandise will follow Standard Return Guidelines:

No Returns or Exchanges after 7 days. Original Receipt required. Merchandise must be unopened and in the Original Package. No Returns on Gift Cards or Ribbon!  There are no returns or exchanges on Red Tag Items.

Online Purchase Policy

If you need to return merchandise ordered from the online store, please contact customer service within 7 business days after receipt of the merchandise at 1-866-503-3222. You will be issued a RMA# in order to complete the return. Please write the RMA# legibly on the outside of the package.

We will not process any returns without a valid RMA#!

Returns of merchandise purchased online are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

Merchandise must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Customers will be credited in the same manner as the original payment. There are no returns/exchanges accepted on gift cards and ribbon.
