Flower Factory determines your Shipping Costs from your total order amount. Our calculations are derived from past averages for product count, weight and size based on total order amount. The shipping amount will not be displayed until you begin the checkout process. Shipping is via FedEx Ground service.
Orders that contain over weight items or over sized items and/or multiple boxes will have additional shipping costs applied.
On orders where these charges apply, the customer will be contacted before any shipment is made.
Shipping Rates and Methods are calculated for orders within the Continental U.S. only. For all Hawaii and Alaska orders; regular taxes, tariffs, and shipping rates will be calculated after checkout and submitted to the customer via email prior to any order being filled.
